On-Ramp consists of 3-5 sessions (dependent upon readiness) with a coach prior to joining group classes. Designed to ensure the new athlete is familiar with the movements that will be performed. It is also an opportunity for our coaches to get to know the athlete and to begin developing a plan to meet the athletes goals.
Meet one on one with one of our nutrition specialists. The plan includes
InBody Scan and baseline measurements at the beginning of your program and a scan every 2 weeks
Personalized guidance surrounding your nutrition goals
Bi-Weekly coaching support
Access to our members only Facebook Nutrition Page where you will find support and answers to any of your questions that may come up during the program
This plan automatically renews each month until canceled

Check in weekly with your nutrition coach to review your progress and to make adjustments as necessary.
This Open Gym membership is for 3 or 4 day per week memberships that would like to take advantage of Open Gym times during the week to work on specific areas of concentration.
This package will provide additional customized programming to the athlete that will enable them to increase work capacity and “peak” appropriately for an upcoming competition.
$50 (non-refundable) registration fee for a one-on-one consult with your Coach to set goals and assess readiness to participate or check in with progress and set new goals if renewing.
$160 for 18 coached group classes scheduled 3x per week for 6 weeks.
